معرفی گونه‌ی جدیدی از جنس Sphaerulina در ایران

چکیده
در راستای مطالعات تاکسونومیک قارچ‌های سپتوریا و شبه سپتوریا در ایران، گونه‌های قارچی موجود از این گروه روی جنس Populus بر اساس مطالعه نمونه‌های هرباریومی و نمونه‌های جدید جمع‌آوری شده بررسی شدند. این بررسی‌ها نشان داد اعضا جنس Populus وسیله گونه‌های دو جنس Sphaerulina و Septoria آلوده می‌شوند. بررسی‌های مرفولوژیک و توالی‌یابی ناحیه ITS از rDNA به طول 498 جفت باز مشخص نمود نمونه قارچی جمع‌آوری شده از استان اردبیل، شهرستان نیر، روستای دیبکلو روی درخت تبریزی Populus nigra گونه‌ای جدید بوده و تحت نام Sphaerulina osipyaniae sp. nov. ined. توصیف می‌گردد. با احتساب گونه حاضر تعداد 2 گونه از جنس Sphaerulina و 3 گونه از جنس Septoria روی گونه‌های جنس Populus در ایران گزارش شده‌اند. کلید شناسایی برای تفکیک این آرایه‌ها روی جنس Populus در ایران ارایه می‌گردد.

Introducing a new species of Sphaerulina from Iran

Abstract
In the framework of study on Septoria and Septoria-like species in Iran, this group of fungi on Populus spp. were studied. Study on herbarium and newly collected materials showed that Populus spp. in Iran are infected by members of at least two genera viz. Sphaerulina and Septoria. Our morphological and molecular (ITS rDNA sequences) analyses revealed that newly collected specimen from Ardebil province, Nir, on P. nigra, belongs to a new species which is described as Sphaerulina osypianiae sp. nov. ined. Including this new taxon, members of Populus in Iran are infected by two species of Sphaerulina and three species of Septoria. Identification key for distinguishing these taxa is also provided.
