معرفی پارازیتوییدهای فعال سپردارهای پسته در استان یزد

چکیده
پسته یکی از محصولات باغی مهم در سبد خانوار مردم و مهم برای صادرات می باشد آفات متعددی به طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم به این محصول خسارت وارد می کنند که کنترل شیمیایی آن‌ها باعث مخاطراتی برای تولیدکنندگان و مصرف کنندگان و محیط زیست می‌گردد.. شپشک های گوناگونی روی درختان پسته فعالند در این میان دو گونه شپشک واوی Lepidosaphes pistaciae Archangelskaya و تنه‌ ای Melanaspis inopinata (Leonardi) آفت مهم پسته در استان یزد می‌ باشند که خسارت قابل توجهی به محصول وارد می کنند. فعالیت این آفات روی درخت باعث خسارت کمی و کیفی محصول می شوند با توجه به بیولوژی و مرفولوژی شپشک‌ها استفاده از سموم شیمیایی جهت کنترل آنها از حساسیت خاصی برخوردار است ولی در حال حاضر بیشتر کنترل به صورت شیمیایی انجام می‌شود در حالی‌که عوامل زیادی مانند زنبورهای پارازیتویید جمعیت این آفات را کاهش می ‌دهند. در نمونه‌برداری ‌های انجام شده از پسته ‌کاری ‌های مناطق مختلف استان یزد در طول سال ‌های 96-1395 زنبورهای پارزیتویید فعال روی این شپشک‌ ها در باغ با استفاده از آستین حشره‌شناسی، قفس ‌های برگی و تنه‌ای جمع‌آوری شدند همچنین از تنه، سرشاخه و برگ‌های آلوده به شپشک‌ها نمونه ‌برداری، و در آزمایشگاه در شرایط مناسب درجه حرارت°C 28±2 درجه و رطوبت نسبی 60 0درصد در ظروف مناسب نگهداری، با استفاده از وسایل مناسب زنبورها جمع‌آوری شدند. جهت شناسایی به روش کرایگر اسلاید ثابت تهیه شد. برای مقایسه رنگ و اندازه تعدادی از آن‌ها روی کارت‌های مخصوص چسبانده شدند تعدادی از نمونه‌ ها در محلول کرایگر نگهداری شدند گونه ‌های زنبورها با استفاده از منابع و تطابق خصوصیات مورفولوژیکی و تاکسونومیکی شناسایی شدند اشکال و خصوصیات تاکسونومیکی گونه‌ ها ترسیم شدند. روی شپشک واوی سه گونه از یک خانواده و روی شپشک‌های تنه‌ای 2 گونه از یک خانواده شناسایی شدند. گونه‌های شناسایی شده به شرح زیر می‌باشند.

Introduce of pistachio diaspids Parasitoids of Yazd Province

Abstract
important agricultural export product. Many pests damage the pistachio directly and indirectly. Different diaspids are present on the pistachio trees. Lepidosaphes pistaciae Archangelskaya and Melanaspis inopinata (Leonardi) are two major diaspids pest in Yazd regions pistachio orchards, that causes serious damage to trees and decrease product quality and quantity. Despite the spraying time is so critical for the proper control of pest, chemical control is a popular method for the mitigation of pest. Various biological control agents such as parasitoids have been reducing population of these pests. Active parasitoids were collected with different ways from pistachio trees of Yazd during 2016-2017. The collecting methods included use of leaf and trunk cages, sleeve Insects and sampling infested leaves and branches after transferring to laboratory. All samples stored in 28 °C, relative humidity 60% and natural light. For identification of parasitoid wasps, permanent preparation was prepared by Kryger's method. Some of the species were pasted on special cards to check the color and size. Some species were kept in a Kryger's solution. Parasitoids were identified by use of taxonomical key and morphological characters. Identified species are belonged to Aphelenidae (3 genus) and Encyrtidae (2 genus) as fallow
